2025 Takeover Pearl Ocean View Room "Deposit Only"
This is a deposit only for the 2025 Bachnallia Oct 2-7th. It is non refundable and locks in your reservation. Payments will be split int equal onthly payments up to 90 days prior to the event . (July 2025).
Failure to make payment could result in your reservation being canceled. You will see a follow up invoice for the full amount after making this deposit.
Total room Value less any Promos : 694.40 per a couple per a night
Refund Policy
Until 1 March 2025 refund of any amount paid minus the first night will be provided upon writin cancelation. The first night amount will be applied as a credit to be used on any future bookings or H&H events. Credits are good for a period of one year with the exception of being rolled over to the 2024 takeover.
After 1 May 2025 until 31 Jun 2025 any funds will be converted to a credit for future use for a resort booking or a H&H event. Credits are good for a period of one year with the exception of being rolled over to the 2026 takeover.
After July 1, 2025 no refunds will be provided and all funds will be forfited. Trasfer of reservation to someone else is authorised with a $100 processing fee. If we have a waiting list we can facilitate the transfer to another party.
